Many bugs are not destructive, but there are bugs that will not always make a game better however they can give some unintentional levity that sticks with a player more than if things had worked properly NBA 2K23 MT.
Tweeter Christian Antonio showcased one of these amusing glitched that they found during NBA 2K23. In a cutscene about shot efficiency, the NPC giving advice has unique methods to take the player's game to the next level: nothing.
The scripted dialogue appears to not be loading and the NPC is left looking at the player awkwardly for about five full seconds in complete silence. What is funny about this sequence is that player's dialog does start to load, and the NPC responds with "oh, I found you" before going out of the room.
While it isn't confirmed as a glitch, it is certainly odd enough to be classified as one. It doesn't appear to be game-breaking, however and is in a category similar to the staring glitch in Baldur's Gate 3.
There is also the possibility that the player's response is determined by the player's performance and if no improvements are necessary as per the game, then there is no response. It is not known how widespread this silent bug affects all versions of NBA 2K23.
NBA 2K23 is still early on its way to completion and small glitches like this can be expected. Given the amount of time they have put into NBA 2K23 with features like cross-gen advancement, this issue is likely to be fixed through a patch.
There could, however, be a possibility that it is not included in the game Cheap NBA 2K MT, especially in the event that it's only activated due to certain gameplay elements. The whole moment is unexpected and can be a great Easter egg for those who are able to trigger it.
