Malcolm has played RuneScape since his youth He has also played in several of the most popular idle games such as Clicker Heroes, Cookie Clicker and NGU Idle OSRS Gold. While he was a fan but felt that the genre could be doing more to make it pleasing in a similar manner to Jagex's top RPG.
"So, I decided to challenge myself to develop my own but never had any idea that the possibility of it being released, let alone become the kind of game that is so well-known," he tells . "I was trying to make something outside of the established idle game mould and something that had a lot of features and gave players real choices about how they wanted to go about their lives rather than simply increasing numbers over time.
After thinking about the idea for a while in a closed room I began combining concepts and mechanics from classic MMOs along with the well-known idle game concept, creating something fun to play at leisure, in the car and fit in the daily routine of a gamer."
He adds: "While the numbers and stats isn't something that all players enjoy the most about MMOs however, it's the thing that people who are devoted fans tend to gravitate towards once the exploration is finished. Because it's so integral to what the most long-term players are focused on it's logical to incorporate this into one of the main elements of Melvor's game's concept runescape 3 gold for sale.
