NBA 2K21 unskippable ads"will be repaired", states 2K

2K says the unskippable advertisements contained in NBA 2K21 MT were executed in a way the publisher"didn't mean," and that the error"will be fixed." In an overview on Twitter, the company addressed backlash into how commercials were contained in its most recent release. Earlier this week, players observed that an unskippable advert for the Oculus Quest 2 before an in-game videogame. That advert seemed to operate through a loading screen, but was exactly the same length even if running with an SSD on a PC (through Stevivor). Players criticised 2K for the advert, with many imagining it had been appearing in a full-priced title.

In response, 2K educated players who adverts"have been incorporated into 2KTV sections" for a couple of years, but said that"yesterday's 2KTV ad placement influenced our players' expertise in a way we did not intend, as these advertisements aren't meant to operate within their pre-game launch" As a result, the problem"will be repaired in future episodes," although there's no word on exactly when the change will be put into place. Crucially, it doesn't sound like the adverts will actually be moving away. 2K points out they've been set up for a little while already, and that the issue here appears to be in which the advertisement showed up Cheap MT NBA 2K21, not the fact that it had been there in the first place. Hopefully the placements will probably be subtle in the future, but it appears that in-game ads are set to be part of the NBA 2K matches for a while yet.

On the second half of a yearlong, Jordan had 64 points, but the Bulls dropped the game in 128-124.
