WoW Anniversary Event Starts, Here's What You'll Need to Know and Earn
The highly-rated MMO World of Warcraft celebrates its 16th anniversary this month, and the developer is throwing an event to celebrate the event.
The event was supposed to begin earlier, but Blizzard put it on hold due to the release date being that was changed to coincide with that Shadowlands expansion. Available now through November 22 The anniversary celebration comes with bonuses that are unique, such as an Anniversary Gift Pack that is packed with items that will increase reputation and experience gains by 16% to reflect this game's anniversary celebration of 16 years. The bundle also comes with a special invitation to join a quest in Orgrimmar or Stormwind, depending on which faction you're in.
There's also a new vendor in the world who sells items that were previously sold at anniversary events along with a brand-new Crafted Clock of War you can buy to use for transmogrification. The Korrak's Revenge PvP event also will be added to WoW with the anniversary event which allows players to earn new mounts. Finally, some legacy bosses return to WoW in the anniversary event which includes Lord Kazzak as well as Azuregos.
