The Elder Kiln will give you the Tokkul-Zo ringthat

The Elder Kiln will give you the Tokkul-Zo ringthat is capable of teleporting you to a bank or fairy Ring. If you play Fairy Tale part 3 and The Elder Kiln, you will be able to RuneScape Gold get to the majority of places in RuneScape in just a few seconds. I would suggest that you finish Shilo Village and go to Duradel. When you've reached the 75th slayer take a trip to Kuradal at the Ancient Cavern, and then head to Morvran for your final levels.

As for herbs, I think RuneScape Wiki has a spreadsheet of the top herb you can currently do. Most commonly, snapdragons, toadflax and ranarr are the safest choices. I suggest you concentrate on Slayer for the time being because it's lucrative (more so at higher levels but still profitable) and you'll be able to train the bulk of your skills while slaying.

Also, I suggest getting 80 dungeoneering for a Chaotic. Until then, try getting 70 attack for Whip. Last but not least, I suggest you go on a quest now. A lot of your skills are low, and the exp rewards could allow you to get rid of some classes. And glad to hear you're a member!

Barrows is armor for tanks of tier 70 which is in the same level as GWD armor. Barrows gives more defensive boosts however GWD offers offensive boosts. I'd avoid using the barrows for normal slayer as it's probably not worth the repairs.

Dragon Rider is quite costly with only the money to Cheap RS 2007 Gold buy it for 4m. You could probably choose to stick with the tier-50 mage/melee armors for now (Rune, Batwing) because the tier 60 ones (dragon infinity, dragon) are a bit of a jump in price. The dragon and infinity armors should work fine for you. Dragonhide's price since it's cheap (Royal can be tier 65 and costing maybe 30k for the whole set?)
