The Haunted Carriage spawns on the D2R Items grounds of Ashworld Manor every Tuesday and Saturday at 12 pm., 8:30 pm, and 10 at 10 (based on your server's local time). It is generally recommended that you arrive at the manor about 10-15 minutes earlier in order to ensure you don't miss out on your chance it's more of a general recommendation as opposed to a formal condition. Whatever the case, as it's in the nearby vicinity of the carriage, you should be greeted by an on-screen message to inform you that the shoot is starting and asks whether you'd be interested in participating.
After the Haunted Carriage emerges it'll take a route that is pre-determined towards its ultimate destination. There is a possibility to just walk up to the Haunted Carriage once it's on way to its destination (or simply wait for it at the end of the road) However, you're advised to be following the carriage when it moves along, instead of participating only in a tiny portion of the event.
