FIFA 23 is FIFA 23 Coins the last edition of the game that is released under the FIFA name. From next year, EA will be releasing their games under a brand new name, EA SPORTS FC. EA announced in a press release: "After nearly 30 years of creating groundbreaking online football games, we will soon begin an exciting new period.
"Next season, EA SPORTS FC will be the new name for football through EA SPORTS. Alongside our license partners of 300+ across the field we're geared up to take the global experience of football to new heights, for every football fan around the world.
"Everything you love about our games is going to be available in EA SPORTS FC - the same amazing experiences, styles of play, leagues and tournaments teams and players will be on hand. Ultimate Team Career Mode, Professional Clubs and VOLTA Football will be available.
Our exclusive licensing portfolio, which includes 19,000 players as well as 700+ teams 100+ stadiums and 30 leagues that we've been able to invest in over the years will be available, uniquely with EA SPORTS FC. It includes exclusive partnerships that include the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and the MLS as well as many more to be announced in the near future."
These additional special items have been introduced to buying FUT 23 Coins spotlight players with " a common characteristic of leadership and respect for their clubs which they played in".
