Schedule for College Students During Lockdown

Due to the pandemic, the classes have gone online. Making a schedule for college students for their daily work and studies has completely been transformed. You spend most of your time in front of your mobile or pc attending online lectures. Hence, it is difficult for students to schedule their studies and other works. Going through the below steps will give you some ideas on planning your schedule during the lockdown.

Make a Fixed Routine

Since you are trying to Schedule your studies and daily tasks, make a schedule in such a way that you have a particular routine throughout the week. If not, then at least 5 days a week. In this way, your body and mind will be still and calm. A routine is very important for your mental health. Not making a routine during this time could be very harmful since you have to do most of your work online. Also, you will be able to divide time and a proper schedule for your studies and hobbies.

Start a Side Hustle

This would be the right time for you to start something new or learn a new skill online. Since you are not allowed to go outside of the house most of the time, utilize your time when you are inside. You can take out some time in the evening for such stuff since the schedule of classes must be in the morning. Search on google about the trending technologies and skills. List them out and find out which skill will be beneficial to you in your career. You will also be awarded certificates after completing an online course for such skills which will set you out of the crowd and you can have an edge while sitting for your college placements.

Health is Wealth

Let's face it. We are facing such a deadly lockdown where only those people can survive who are healthy. Hence exercising is very important for a healthy body. You can learn yoga, meditation, cardio, etc online for free on YouTube. Make a schedule where you can give at least 1 hour to your health every day, preferably morning so that you don’t have to think about exercising the entire day. Make sure that you do the proper amount of cardio exercise since these exercises strengthen your lungs, heart, and blood circulation. If you have a terrace, make sure you exercise on the terrace to get fresh and oxygenated air.

At last, it is advised to keep away yourself away from mobile and desktops. This sounds ridiculous because your classes are held online. But take out your weekends for staying away from these devices and give some time to your family and pets.
