The Quality of Work (QoW) indicator helps monitor and improve work performance and it is a great way to keep track of your progress. The employee time tracking is beneficial in terms of increasing the quality of work. The QoW is definitely something to work on. Quality of Work is the difference between what you do and what you could/should/need to do. If you're not getting enough work/time, you will not have enough work/time. If you're not getting enough work/time, you will lose money. If you lose money, you will have to take a job that pays more money. If you take a job that pays more money, you will no longer have the Time you need to spend on the Quality of Work.
