I suggest that a maximum number of RS gold four or six Rune stones in your Mining room at level 99. Your way efficiently defeats the problem of mining Rune entirely, if you are rich enough. Rune ore costs would sink drastically, even considering the number of people have 99 Structure and 85 Mining. 2 allotment patches can be built in this room and only one. What exactly does that mean? One or 2? Two allotment patches seem a bit much for Construction 10, I must say.
I will increase the price of this quarries and rooms if any further complaints about that, aren't they supposed to devote near 6m on Construction ALONE without all this? Also very few people possess 85 mining and 99 construction. 214 people have 99 Construction.
The majority of the ones I appeared possess 85 mining. So I'll say roughly about 95% of them have 85+ mining that means 182 of those 214 possess 85+ mining, and with the triple length respawn I doubt it's likely to become overabused, also thanks for reminding me to add that you could only have 1 OF EACH TYPE OF SKILL ROOM. (Just 1 mining, and 1 farming).
I think you misunderstand. For somebody with 99 Structure (which costs a whole lot more than 6 million, even with all the cheapest manner ever done - normal wooden chairs), the quarry would have to charge 20M+ to dissuade them from making insane profits off rune ores. And the respawn time is completely insignificant, because most players may and do mine rune ore whilst world switching.
Ok, one thing that I notice about the party room is, even should you organise an event for your freinds, folks come in the party home and take things.
