League of Legends: How to Climb in Season 11

League of Legend's Season 11 should start in January 2021, and that's a hella long time for us ranked addicts here at Boosting Factory. This article to let you know that there's no need to get rusty, preseason ranked is actually a great time to play ranked, and our LoL Account boosting team will show you why. Let's dig in.

Master At Least Two Champions in Two RolesThe common advice we hear when we first start playing League of Legends is to master the mechanic of one champion before anything else. While the notion is still very much true, it is not impossible to see our one-trick pony (OTP) champion gets banned, especially if the champion is a popular pick. This goes the same for roles. At some point, we may get auto-filled to other roles. To mitigate these, it is best to master at least two champions in two different roles.

Know Your Build

With the reworked item shop Riot gave players a lot more information to make the smartest item purchases in-game. However, relying purely on those “recommended” items should not replace your own knowledge.

It’s your responsibility to know which Mythic item you are going for, which type of boots are best for the enemy team comp, when to build a defensive item versus an offensive item, and so on. Remember, the recommended tab only shows a few completed items that are most-often built. There will be instances where an item that’s not displayed is actually better than what’s on screen, so make sure you know the new items.

Keep Up with Patch NotesWith so many changes and updates on a bi-weekly basis, players should keep up with the patch notes even if they do not directly affect the player's champion. They may affect your matchup, objective strategy, or simply your build alternatives.

Understand Team CompositionWhile everyone may want to be the carry in every single game, sometimes we need to adjust our picks based on what's needed. If the enemy mid laner chooses Galio, we may want to pick champions with global ultimate such as Twisted Fate or Sylas because we learn that normally Galio will try to roam to other lanes. As an alternative, we can also choose Teleport over Ignite to avoid getting outnumbered in skirmishes.

Have a Positive MindsetEveryone in the League of Legends community wants to be better and have fun playing the popular game. Flaming, intentional feeding, and being away from keyboard (AFK) in-game would not help anyone to climb easier. Positive mindset also plays out even after series of losses in our ranked games. Once the MMR places us in the right division, those losses will eventually turn to victories.

Limit Your Champion Pool

With all the itemization changes, it’s going to be imperative that you figure out which item builds are best for your champions. The more champions you’re playing, the more item builds you have to keep in your mind.

Instead, a better idea is to pick a small champion pool of between three and six champions to cover your three main roles. If you can pick champions that can be played in multiple roles, even better.
