Certain passive nodes on the tree can grant Cooldown Recovery Speed, either directly or indirectly.

 

Key Nodes for Cooldown Recovery:

"Frenzy" Cluster: This cluster has several nodes that boost Cooldown Recovery Speed for certain builds. It’s typically used by DPS-focused characters but can be helpful in minion builds as well if you’re boosting attack speed alongside cooldowns.

"Divine Fury" (Available near the Templar area): Grants a bonus to Path of exile currency Cooldown Recovery Speed for elemental skills, but some builds can hybridize this for minions or spellcasting.

"Fleshbinder" (Necromancer Ascendancy): Grants extra benefits to POE currency for sale minion life and offers cooldowns, though it's not purely dedicated to CRS, it may synergize well with Flesh Offering.

Focus on:

Cooldown Recovery Speed: Directly from the tree (either through nodes in the Witch, Templar, or Necromancer sections).

Minion Survivability Nodes: Some of the Necromancer tree nodes also grant increased offering skill effectiveness, which may indirectly influence your cooldown speed.
